About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant. As a key member of our Stores Network, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Help customers navigate our digital services, educating them on the benefits and guiding them through the process
* Resolve customer queries and concerns, providing solutions and support
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Stores and Digital Experience Centre to ensure seamless customer service
* Represent Virgin Money as an ambassador, promoting our brand and values
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
* A keen interest in digital technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
