Are you looking for a new challenge to develop your skills and knowledge? Interested in Respiratory and Critical Care? We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Occupational Therapist to join our established Critical Care & Respiratory Rehabilitation team as a Band 7 Occupational Therapy Lead. You will have the opportunity to develop the occupational therapy provision, using your clinical and management experience within Respiratory Care and Critical Care specialties. This will include anxiety management, cognitive and functional abilities, energy conservation techniques, vocational rehab, and stress management. You will be directly involved in audit and development of the service to continuously improve patient care. If you feel you can demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, have worked within a large multidisciplinary team to support functional assessments and interventions to facilitate safe and effective discharge planning for complex patients, and have worked in respiratory or critical care, then this may be the role for you.
