Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 2 students, fostering a positive learning environment. Utilise effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Implement behaviour management strategies to support student development and maintain classroom discipline. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive educational experience.
