Job summary An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Team Administrator (part time - 30 hours) for the Adult Mental Health In Patient services at Roseberry Park Hospital. This post holder will be required to work over a 7 day rota. Main duties of the job The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide full administrative support to the clinical team. Applicants must have a good education, secretarial skills, sound IT knowledge and experience, with competency in Microsoft Office packages being essential. Experience of working in a clinical area is desirable. The ability to communicate effectively with patients who may experience communication difficulties is an essential requirement of the role. Also required is a methodical and flexible approach to work, good team working skills, the willingness to perform repetitive tasks accurately and to remain calm under pressure.
