Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour

About the Services:
In Leicester Services (LE3 / LE4) across these 4 sites, you will oversee the support of 26 adult clients with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, and Sensory Impairment. In Nuneaton Services, you will manage the support for adults with Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health needs, along with supporting males over the age of 18 within a shared house environment.
Care Team Leader Essential Skills & Experience:
1. 12 Months Experience Leading a Support Worker Team
2. Experience in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities environment
