Events Coordinator - 12-month FTC
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Brentwood, Essex - Hybrid
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and launch an engaging annual programme of marketing events alongside local partners.
* Attend events to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
* Manage invitations, confirmations, and all related correspondence.
* Research, book, and coordinate venues and services, maintaining excellent communication.
* Oversee e-brief communications and local PR initiatives.
* Process invoices and manage budgets, negotiating terms when needed.
* Keep the CRM (MS Dynamics) system up-to-date and prepare insightful client invitation analyses.
* Coordinate relevant networking groups and create new networking opportunities.
* Attend external marketing events and host networking functions with enthusiasm.
* Schedule Partner and Director client lunches, presentations, and more.
* Identify potential work referrers and nurture those relationships.
* Research and propose innovative sales processes and business development ideas.
* Create PowerPoint presentations to company standards.
* Organise and maintain a well-structured marketing filing system.
* Manage the social media platforms to keep the brand vibrant.
* Use Outlook to centralise and coordinate diaries efficiently.
Qualifications:
* Educated to Degree level and/or possess a Marketing qualification.
* Proven experience in Marketing and Events Management.
* Advanced IT and social media skills.
* Familiarity with MS Dynamics as a CRM.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively.
* Excellent writing and e-brief skills to convey messages clearly.
