Product Manager - Retail Supply Chain Planning Location: 1 day per fortnight in Coventry, can be based within a commutable distance of London and Coventry. Salary - circa £70,000 About the Role: Our client is looking for a skilled Product Manager to join their dynamic Supply Chain Planning Product team. This position involves collaborating with the business operations and IT Engineers to build a best in class Forecasting and Replenishment product to optimise the movement of stock and forecasting gaining competitive advantages and customer experience in the retail sector. Key Responsibilities: Engage business and IT through Storytelling, bringing the product to life Manage systems that plan and execute stock replenishment throughout their network. Own the Product area, working with stakeholders and engineering to create adaptable technology that supports current and future network strategies. Continuously enhance the Store Replenishment Product. Define and prioritise the product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and Business Stakeholders. Scope and deliver replenishment for all non-store sites. Support broader Supply Chain Planning squads with a collaborative mindset to achieve the best outcomes and develop an end-to-end replenishment system. Maintain a customer-focused approach to all feature work, ensuring the customer experience improves with each iteration. Gather requirements for new business initiatives from stakeholders, concentrating on solving problems. Support an automation-first approach, aligning with the strategy of managing by exception and inputs. Ensure internal customers have access to reliable, useful order data. Regularly review product backlog priorities to balance value, cost of delay, and effort. Contribute to the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the wider business 3-year plan. Skills and Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools, with the ability to convert product requirements into actionable tickets for the engineering team. Desirable: Product Management experience in Replenishment, Supply Chain, or Retail domains.
