A unique opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Partner to join a top-flight team that delivers wills, trusts, and estate planning advice for UHNW/HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, international clients and generational families as their trusted advisor.
This role would suit someone who has experience with complex issues involving inheritance and capital gains tax issues, pre-exit planning for business owners and other wealth management planning/execution. As such, you must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a multifaceted workload with finesse.
As a Partner, you will enjoy the support of a national practice and the advice and guidance of many exceptional lawyers. This will include access to high quality precedents and reference materials, support from a dedicated professional support lawyer and knowledge services team and a superb level of technical training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Show passion for private client work with a strong will to deliver complex solutions in a straightforward manner for clients
2. Attend networking and business development events with the opportunity to raise the profile of you and the team by speaking at events, webinars and podcasts
3. Liaise with financial planners and be comfortable discussing a wide range of financial products that may make up a client's asset base
4. Able to motivate a team of lawyers and support staff and enhance their professional and technical development
