We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our market leading client based in Ripley. You will have experience processing orders, managing customer inquiries, providing quotes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, Office based.
Salary: £26,500
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability.
3. Provide order updates.
4. Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
5. Work with customers to create bespoke product plans.
6. Maintain accurate customer records.
7. Support sales with quotations and follow-ups.
8. Assist in improving customer service processes.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing, preferably in bespoke or manufacturing.
2. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
6. Familiarity with production processes is a plus.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Proficiency in SAP and CAD is desirable.
