Our new Factory will be something very new and different; highly automated with a significant investment been made in some of the latest technological innovations with a capacity to be able to produce more than 47 million brick slips each year! However, building the Factory is only part of the story because in order to bring it to life, we need to find the very best people to work in it.
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our new, exciting, state-of-the-art Factory here at Nostell.
This is a newly created role, arisen due to our complexity, anticipated growth plans and overall sales trajectory for Nostell products for the Futures Division. We are looking to develop a clear Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) approach to the end to end manufacturing process, through two Key Business Stakeholders, 1. Sales Planning and 2. The Factory.
This would be a great role for someone who has previously worked as a team member in a mature S&OP environment or Factory planning role, but is now looking to utilise their experience to help develop the right processes, systems, ways of working and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a start-up environment, working with Key Functional Stakeholders, to develop and implement the right foundations to facilitate our ambitious growth plans.
