Due to rapid expansion we are looking for another customer service representative to join our team at our Liverpool HQ. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at BreezeMove in Liverpool. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks may include answering inquiries, resolving issues, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in providing excellent customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries Familiarity with the home moving process and related terminology Attention to detail and strong organizational skills A positive and friendly attitude Ability to work effectively in a team Property industry experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
