Shachihata (Europe) Ltd is a Japanese company specialising in the manufacturing of stationary pens, markers and stamps.
Looking for experienced Sales/ Customer Service Coordinator.
Main duties include:
- Processing sales orders, Invoicing and arranging shipments.
- Handling customer queries
- Working closely with, supporting managers, marketing, production and warehouse departments.
Key Skills and Experience
- Excellent organisational skills and good telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- IT literate, Microsoft applications, XL, CRM systems.
The job operates 8.30am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3pm Friday.
The salary is from £24,000 - £25,000 per year.
This is a permanent position.
