An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 3 Medical Support Secretary ( hours per week) to work in the North CMHT. We are seeking an admin support secretary with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a large team and demonstrates a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a broad range of administration and secretarial experience, being able to work with initiative and sometimes under pressure. The post-holder will work as part of a dynamic team supporting medical secretaries, consultants, clinicians and team managers in the smooth running of the North CMHT service. The successful applicant will work directly with the consultant, providing secretarial duties and co-ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and from the team and be required to deal efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone calls from service users as well as health professionals.
