Fixed Term Contract 6 months and 12 months
Agility is delighted to be working again with one of Liverpool's greatest success stories who due to continued growth are seeking a part qualified Management Accountant to join them on an initial 6 - 12 month contract may go perm.
Responsibilities
1. Support the production of the annual capital and revenue expenditure budgets.
2. Management Information / Budget Management
3. Support regular meetings with budget holders and other stakeholders to review forecast out-turn against budgets/targets.
4. Support the monitoring of actual income/expenditure and establishment and provide guidance.
5. To assist with the provision of management information to support decision making and performance management.
6. Work collaboratively with budget holders to allow them to effectively manage their budgets and be fully accountable.
7. Assistance in collection and processing of information and documentation.
8. Ensuring appropriate coding/other information.
9. Liaison with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to support appropriate processing of orders and invoice payment and resolution of any queries.
10. Provide pro-active advice/training as required by the faculties and requested by the finance managers.
11. Monitor the finance helpdesk for management accounts area - query resolution, root cause analysis.
