Carry out role adhering to Second Steps policies, procedures, values, code of conduct and with a Recovery orientated approach Ensure the quality of service is paramount and evidenced throughout service users InForm (Case management system) files, and in line with contract requirements Assist the Team Manager with coordination of referrals and assessments, and in ensuring provision of efficient and comprehensive support services to a range of clients with mental health support needs, in a safe and supportive manner Provide effective day to day support to an agreed case load of more complex needs clients across the county
