Shift – Rotating 12-hour shifts Day and Nights with every other weekend off....40 hours / week average with paid breaks.
What You Will Do:
* Plan and carry out routine scheduled and preventative maintenance work.
* Provide technical support to production staff and react quickly to breakdowns.
* Efficiently install electrical and mechanical machinery.
* Maintain documentation and log all breakdowns and servicing work.
* Work collaboratively on projects to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and support within the manufacturing site.
What You Will Bring:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineering.
* A recognised certificate/qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance engineering.
* Background as shift engineer, maintenance electrician, electrically biased maintenance engineer, multi-skilled maintenance engineer, or multi-skilled maintenance technician.
Remuneration:
* Competitive salary of £48 - 50K with scope to move over £50K with regular overtime.
* Good level of holiday pay equivalent to 33 days off.
* Good working hours / shift pattern available.
* Very good pension offering, with a total of 8% contribution from the company.
