Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers across various disciplines/teams, including mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering.
3. Push and guide a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
4. Production Coordination:
5. Oversee day-to-day production engineering activities, including documentation, and process improvement.
6. Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other key departments
7. Project Management:
8. Plan and manage engineering projects with a focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and ensuring reliability.
9. Monitor project progress, ensure thorough testing at every stage, and address issues proactively.
10. Process Improvement:
11. Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement solutions that enhance productivity, documentation accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
