Recruitment Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for inbound calls, redirecting as necessary.
2. Draft, format and print relevant documents.
3. Support our recruitment consultants in identifying and attracting talented engineering and manufacturing candidates.
4. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, arranging interview slots, etc.
5. Sourcing new business through cold calling potential new clients.
6. Candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and assisting with the overall recruitment process.
Recruitment Administrator Candidate:
1. Highly motivated with the desire to be successful!
2. Customer service or sales experience highly desirable.
3. Administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. PC literate including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) essential.
Recruitment Administrator Working Hours + Benefits:
1. Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00.
2. Friday: 08:30 - 16:00.
3. Uncapped commission and bonuses.
4. Annual salary reviews.
5. Regular promotions – no ceiling on potential at JKR!
6. Full training provided including external recruitment training courses.
7. 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays.
8. Earlier finish on a Friday.
9. Hybrid working.
10. Monthly supermarket order – able to order any food/drinks for the office.
