About the team
Our Exams team is committed to providing a supportive exams environment for all candidates. We work in a fast pace office that requires excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. This ensures we provide a good standard of customer service to other establishments.
About the role
The apprentice’s position will be assisting in the daily execution of OnDemand and series-based exams, regular awarding body data checks, exam bookings and preparation. As well as supporting the access arrangements and reasonable adjustments implementation process.
General responsibilities:
- Assisting with OnDemand and series exams
- Data inputting and Data checking
- Assisting team with data upkeep and accuracy
- Answering and responding to phone/email enquiries
- Communicating with other teams within the college
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a good level of English and maths, minimum GCSE grade 4 or equivalent
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have attention to detail and the ability to understand complex information
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage with people both in person and phone
