The Ideal Candidate Relevant undergraduate degree, or evidence of working at degree level. Experience working with children, young people, and families affected by Autism and learning disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds. Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to empowering children, young people, and families. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and build positive relationships with stakeholders. An understanding of safeguarding issues and child protection procedures, identifying risk and when safeguarding protocols needs to be followed Driving licence and access to vehicle for work purposes This is a full-time position based in Essex, with flexibility to meet the needs of Children and Young People.
