MCS Group is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide First Line Support to our Legal Services client, based in Belfast. As Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical support enquiries within the organisation. As this is a customer facing role, you will use your excellent customer service skills and provide top levels of IT Support to your internal customers. This is the perfect opportunity for an IT Support Analyst or First Line Support Engineer who is looking for a long-term contract, and an opportunity to really build upon their IT Support skill set. The Role You will be the first point of contact for IT Support issues across the business, triaging and solving where you can, and escalating where appropriate. Working to agreed SLAs, you will provide support via telephone and email and ensure all your customers receive excellent service during their query. This role will require in-office working in Belfast, with shifts on a rotational basis between core hours of 8am and 6pm (e.g. 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.30am - 6.00pm) so flexibility with scheduling is required. The Requirement You will have 2 years experience of working in a call centre environment.
