Our Client : A known organization in the food/ beverage industry looking to hire an experienced professional to expand their presence in the UK and Europe.
Your role : This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing distribution networks, increasing brand presence, and optimizing market penetration in a highly competitive industry. you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand market presence, drive revenue growth, and establish strong partnerships with distributors. You will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the brand’s performance and ensure seamless distribution across the region.
* Market Expansion & Business Development – Identify and onboard multiple distributors across the UK and Europe, optimizing market coverage based on geography and product categories.
* Sales & Revenue Growth – Achieve assigned sales targets in volume, value, and net contribution margin by implementing effective sales strategies.
* Route-to-Market & Distribution Strategy – Develop and execute a robust market entry plan, ensuring the availability of products through effective channel management, including B2B, upper and lower trade.
* Brand Management & Product Visibility – Lead the listing and launch of new products across online, offline, and B2B channels, ensuring increased visibility and strong market positioning.
* Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination – Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to standardize logistics and streamline distribution operations for current and future partners.
* E-Commerce & Digital Sales Oversight – Manage e-commerce agencies to ensure alignment of pricing, promotions, and brand visibility with the overall marketing strategy.
* Distributor & Sales Team Engagement – Train and motivate distributor sales teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
* Pricing & Value Chain Optimization – Evaluate distributor value chains and implement corrective actions to optimize profitability, competitiveness, and sustainable growth.
* Market Intelligence & Relationship Management – Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, staying ahead of market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
