Due to rapid expansion, an innovative engineering and manufacturing group have a new vacancy for an Internal Recruitment Professional to join the team on a six-month FTC. An experienced Recruitment professional you will work closely with hiring managers across various department to identify talent needs, source & interview candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Work with department managers to understand their team hiring needs. Develop job descriptions, person specifications and other information required to ensure successful recruitment. Utilise various sourcing methods to attract candidates. Conduct telephone, video and in person interviews with candidates. Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Work with the HR Director to develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and diversity. Experience required: Proven experience as an internal recruiter or in a similar role. Ability to understand manufacturing and/or engineering roles is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
