We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Ireland and UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, email writing, and cold calling. You will play a crucial role in executing marketing activities to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust pipeline.
2. Draft engaging copy for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media, and sales literature.
3. Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across a variety of channels.
4. Conduct cold calls to prospective leads and nurture relationships.
5. Run virtual and in-person events for networking and lead generation.
6. Manage the email marketing schedule and delivery across Target Integration’s expanding databases.
7. Maintain partnerships with product companies, trade associations, and other organizations; plan joint promotional activities.
8. Manage and grow Target Integration’s social media presence.
9. Produce reports on marketing campaigns using HubSpot (or equivalent software) and Google Analytics.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and optimize campaigns.
11. Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. 3 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
2. Proven experience in lead generation, email writing, and cold calling.
3. Must have experience with content creation, social media, video editing, creating blogs, etc.
4. Must have experience in Drip email marketing and campaign.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
