Mentor Business Systems - Technical Support Officer
Mentor Business Systems now has an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to join our growing team in Huddersfield. The main goal of this role is to deliver exceptional support services to our customers, maintaining Mentor’s position as a leading provider of service management software solutions within the security industry.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide front-line telephone support, ensuring customers receive timely, professional, and efficient service.
2. Complete all technical support calls within response times and to customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain support documentation and processes accurately and promptly.
4. Work 37.5 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
1. Experience in phone-based customer service.
2. IT savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong team player with problem-solving skills.
