This candidate will support the day to day management of the works diary.Key Responsibilities:Support the management of the works diary for the projects team.Coordinate communication between surveyors, tenants, TLOs, and internal team for access arrangements.Track project performance and programme delivery, ensuring smooth progress.Communicate issues promptly to the projects team and clients to maintain service quality.Skills and Experience:Knowledge of social housing contracts and basic health and safety (desirable).Experience working in a busy office environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis.Experience maintaining record systems and databases.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.If you're a proactive and organised individual with a passion for customer service and supporting project teams, we'd love to hear from you.
