Position Overview: Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to join their team. This role involves managing and expanding client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring their clients’ benefit programs align with their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Develop and implement strategic Insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customised programs.
* Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
* Provide expert advice on commercial insurance solutions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovative offerings.
* Track and analyse client metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, sales or an existing Account Executive role.
* Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
