Job Description
We’re currently looking for an EDQ Business Development Manager to join a thriving, driven and supportive team covering a number of different sectors, supporting specifically on our Data Governance Proposition. Experian has recently formally partnered with Intozetta, now an Experian company, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us accelerate the plan, discussions with clients and meet the revenue targets we have in place.
The Business Development Manager will focus on cross sell and upsell opportunities in key sectors and bring insight to the business on what clients want helping us evolve our proposition. Your focus will be on growing our client base, securing new prospects and expanding the portfolio in the data governance space. Within your discussions you will focus on having the client at the centre of all decisions, ensuring the solutions provided to the customer are fit for purpose and will deliver value both now and in the future.
You will be part of an established, successful and collaborative team who value and support each other to succeed. You will manage your time as well as participating in a variety of internal activities which range from meetings to sales driven incentives.
This role will definitely suit if you enjoy building relationships, work well in a target driven role and enjoy the challenges of the journey. Communication is key and being able to adopt a creative and natural approach. Our product suite is broad and you will enjoy learning and showcasing new products and services. This would be ideal for someone that has worked in a similar sector, software, data or technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Hit daily and monthly KPIs focused on call activity, pipeline built and deals closed
* Develop a good understanding of Data Governance propositions
* Work in collaboration with teams across the business including Customer Success, Pre Sales and Marketing
* Contribute significantly towards the EDQ Roadmap providing competitor insight
* Maintain and share a comprehensive understanding of products, competitors and use cases.
* Achieve targets and forecast accurately.
* Regular and consistent attendance at sales/pipeline/opportunity reviews

The position requires the successful applicant to manage the entire sales process from deal qualification to close. The Business Development Manager must possess excellent communication skills, be highly ambitious and determined to succeed, with a willingness to learn and develop, with a hunter mind-set to achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive and everchanging market environment.
