BMW UK, Farnborough – Business Transformation - 13 Month Intern Placement starting July 2025
We have several placement opportunities within:
* Demand Management & Governance: Where you’ll be supporting the organisation with managing new demands for business changes, maintaining our project resource model and our project monitoring reporting process.
* Customer Journey and Process Management: Where you’ll be supporting our Operational Departments with governance of their processes, continuous improvement of their processes using the Lean Six Sigma methodology, and the automation of their processes using Robotics.
* Supplier Management: In our Sourcing & Vendor Management function, you’ll be supporting the onboarding, risk management and contract management arrangements for the provision of services from external vendors.
* New Business: Working in our Operations department, you will be collaborating with three key teams: Underwriting, Sales Support and Contract Activation (Payout).
* Insurance & Risk: Where you’ll be looking after corporate insurances, employee benefits, claims, and risk mitigation measures for all the UK entities.
* Collections & Recovery: Where you’ll play a key part in our Operations function of BMW Group Financial Services, responsible for optimising customer contact to collect outstanding arrears while balancing customer needs against company brand values.
* Sales Steering & Channel Development: Supporting & delivering on several key objectives from providing expertise, analytics, and insight to develop, enable and enhance sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Studying towards a Business-related bachelor’s degree
* Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to be pro-active, self-starter with a high level of initiative.
* Able to prioritise workloads.
