About this role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ops Efficiency Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape strategies and programs aimed at enhancing the quality of our global courier network while championing the vital role couriers play in our success. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Senior Quality Manager and the rest of the team, local market teams, and global stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that improve the overall courier experience and operational efficiency. Your leadership will drive a deeper understanding of operational inefficiencies driven by couriers, identify areas of improvement, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes for couriers and customers alike. Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home Reporting to: Senior Manager, Courier Quality These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Improve network outcomes for our Restaurant/Retail Partners and Customers by identifying and addressing unintended/unproductive behaviours present in our courier network Analyse network data to identify operational trends across our global operations Monitor and evaluate undesired behaviours and establish performance metrics to recognize outstanding performance and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement policies and procedures related to courier KPIs, including code of conduct, safety guidelines, and delivery service standards Collaborate with local market teams and global functions to ensure compliance and local regulations are adhered to Support internal teams in the creation of tools, policies and documents to guide and educate couriers to drive behaviour change reflected in improved KPIs Clearly present and communicate plans and proposals to key stakeholders including senior management What will you bring to the table?
