As we continue to grow, we are seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Inventory and Fulfilment Coordinators to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient flow of materials, inventory management, and on-time order fulfilment within our manufacturing environment.
Job Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of goods inwards and materials management. Your key responsibility will be managing and maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring materials are delivered to support customer order fulfilment while maintaining smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Flow Management: Coordinate material movement, picking, part delivery, and storage.
2. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, implement cycle counting, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
3. Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to maintain inventory and support on-time delivery.
4. Order Fulfilment: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipment of orders for aftermarket sales.
5. Documentation: Process necessary documentation for shipment to customers.
6. Process Improvement: Contribute to improvements in warehouse operations and material management.
7. Stock Management: Assist in annual stocktakes and managing excess or obsolete materials.
8. Operational Equipment: Operate light manufacturing equipment as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Experience in warehouse, stores, or materials management, ideally in manufacturing.
2. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for material and inventory management.
3. Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
5. Leadership skills to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
6. Knowledge of best practices in warehouse management.
Education and Experience:
1. Experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably in manufacturing.
2. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing setting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
