As a rapidly growing ecommerce tech platform, we partner with some of the best brands and influencers on the planet including Mr Beast, BBC Earth, Yoga with Adriene and Greenpeace, and we’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to support our growing paid media function in delivering best in class ads across the Teemill brand, and the brands we partner with.

This position will be largely based at our headquarters on the Isle of Wight though we will consider hybrid remote candidates who are able to be in the office regularly. There will also be some requirement to travel to our Bristol office from time to time. This role will report into, and be supported by the Head of Paid Media.
Main responsibilities include
1. Leading the day to day management of all paid media activity; Google Ads, Microsoft and Meta; across both B2B and B2C channels to support in driving profitable growth across the Teemill business
2. Conduct analysis of account performance on a biweekly basis, and ensure quarterly business reviews are completed
3. Contribute to account growth by suggesting new store opportunities and efficiencies to workflows
4. Managing multi-platform digital strategies to support business growth objectives
5. Managing £1.5m+ annual media budgets and spend
6. Optimising existing paid media campaigns to drive results (ROI & CPA targets) across a mix of paid channels (including search,shopping, social, display and video)
7. Setting up new accounts & building new campaigns with best-in-class creative across search and social channels, including writing ad copy and guiding creative testing strategy
8. Managing and maintaining Google Merchant Centre, housing multiple, multi currency feed sub-accounts
9. Identifying new paid media strategies, trends & opportunities, whilst also upholding & defining best practices across channels
10. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
11. Analysing data and trends to identify new opportunities for campaigns across the business
12. Building of and reporting from interactive Google Looker Studio reports & GA4
13. Reporting and analysis of key campaign and creative performance to drive decision-making and constant improvement on a biweekly and quarterly cadence
14. Reporting to relevant stakeholders and sharing learnings within the ads function, and sharing campaign ideas and results with some of our client partners
What we’re looking for
15. 3+ years experience leading accounts & building, optimising and managing paid media campaigns across a range of platforms (search/shopping and Facebook required), ideally in an agency environment
16. Comfortable working with budgets upwards of £100k
17. Experience working across B2C ecom & B2B lead gen accounts
18. Experience building and maintaining Google Merchant Centre accounts
19. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and analysing large datasets
20. Experience using tracking & reporting tools (including GA4), Google Looker Studio) and a solid understanding of attribution modelling
21. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise between multiple competing projects
22. A keen eye for detail
23. Drive, passion and willingness to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing world of paid media
24. Passion for sustainability and the circular economy
Nice To Haves
25. Previous experience coaching and developing other team members would be an advantage
26. Experience running cross-border and multilingual campaigns is a bonus
27. Experience of LinkedIn, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, Spotify and Snapchat is a bonus
28. Experience with Google Tag Manager is also beneficial
Qualifications
29. University degree 2:1 or above in Business/Marketing related field
