Role summary: To provide general support across the operations function Key responsibilities: To coordinate the setup of new clients data into the in night business. To manage the key and fob allocation for in boot customers. To provide management information relating to performance and SLA's. To work in conjunction with the client implementation team from concept through to go live To maintain the integrity of client data on soft locker. To provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis Entering client data into soft locker to allow delivery and collection of client parts. Logging and managing vehicle and drop box locks and keys to ensure all route drivers can access drop points as required. Maintaining site maps and location details to provide accurate information to BD delivery agents.
