IT Support Technician

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team. You will play a vital role in enhancing our company by supporting and maintaining key business systems. You will embody our core behaviours of integrity, curiosity, warmth, and ambition. As a member of the IT team, it is key that you are able to work independently, as well as working efficiently as part of a team.
You will be providing first and second line IT support to our internal employees.
You will be working closely with our service desk technicians as they support our customers’ IT requirements. We are looking for a tech who can build a strong working relationship with the internal customers in Queens House, London, and work well remotely with the IT Service Desk team. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming technical problems to the IT help desk.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
1. Configuring and setting up new laptops and devices.
2. Helping users to understand and solve their IT issues.
3. Providing first and second line support.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
1. Good customer and client communications.
2. Good understanding of IT, especially around laptops, Windows, and the Office suite.
3. Keen passion for technology.
Location
This role is based in our Holborn, London office.
