Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength and dexterity, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities
1. Carry out general labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
2. Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures.
3. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
4. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
6. Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential.
2. Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
3. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
4. Strong physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks consistently throughout the shift.
5. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to manual labour is desirable.
