Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)

What the role entails
Support a well invested, fast paced food manufacturing site with critical line maintenance by carrying out reactive, proactive, and servicing activities. Utilizes CMMS systems and reporting suites.
Drive projects including non-capex modifications, capex, and continuous improvement including throughput and OEE initiatives. Equipment includes:
* Milk pasteurisation
* Homogenisers
* Separators
* Process systems
* Filers
* Cartoners
* Cappers
* Packer
* Weighers
* Flow wrappers
* Shrink wrappers
* Trolley packers
* Palletisers
* De-palletisers
* Conveyor lines (chain, spiral)
* Robots (Kuka)
* Vision systems
* Spectrum TX rejection system
* X-ray checkers
* Industrial dryers
* Refrigerated rooms
* Steam generators
* Water softeners
* Cooling towers
* CHP system
* Air handling units
* HVAC
* Water treatment
* Steam boilers
* Chillers
* Compressors
The person
Ambition & drive
* Experience as a multiskilled engineer (shift engineer/maintenance engineer/engineering technician) and the likes either mechanically/electrically or true multiskilled.
* Time served/NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC/HND qualified or proven experience with fast paced manufacturing environment
* Ideally you will have experience with fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, inverter drives, sensors, relays, PLCs (Siemens), Site Services (steam generation plant, chilled water systems, compressors, processes), CIP systems (chemical cleaning plant)
* Computer literate SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, HMIS
