Henlee Resourcing is looking for somebody on a temporary basis whilst we recruit for a permanent HR Coordinator / Officer. There is every possibility that this role could convert to that permanent role.
We’re looking for somebody who is immediately available and can travel to their site which is in a picturesque village very close to Devizes. The role will be mostly site based.
Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will cover the whole of the employee lifecycle, including:
1. HR administration
2. Initial talent attraction
3. On-boarding activities
4. Employee data maintenance
5. Supporting employee relations
6. Performance management
7. Exit process and metrics/reporting
If you are immediately available, can travel on a daily basis to the site just outside of Devizes, and have some HR experience, particularly in coordination and administration, we are keen to hear from you ASAP!
