KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and manage hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
2. Oversee staff performance, training, and development
3. Drive operational efficiency and profitability
4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality
5. Collaborate with department heads to enhance service delivery
6. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
