Position Summary Senior Analyst - Campaign Management Team, USI BSO NSE, Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Senior Analyst, part of the Campaign Management Team, will support the teams within the Growth Strategy, Corporate Affairs and Client Relationship Development departments in delivering their marketing campaigns and activities. The Campaign Management Team is an integral part of the Agency model supported by specialist teams (digital, creative studio, event management, etc). The role is expected to sit within a team of nine members and report to the Assistant Manager. Role objective: To support the delivery of Growth priority campaigns, initiatives and events for a dimension of the firm, as prioritized by the Growth leadership team. Work you’ll do Supports the teams within Growth Strategy, Corporate Affairs and Client Relationship Development departments to develop detailed campaign and project plans supporting the dimension’s Growth plan to safeguard the successful delivery of creative assets and other execution deliverables Contributes to the development of campaign briefs Sense check the quality of work done by Analysts/Associate Analysts, ensuring the deliverables are meeting the client’s expectations Teams with other agency specialists to deliver specific deliverables for campaigns or initiatives. Teams with specialist groups and other Deloitte resources to ensure an integrated campaign/initiative Contributes to relevant background work to ensure the success of the campaign/initiative Contributes to campaign reports highlighting results and identifying areas for further improvement Ensures that all campaign plans and activities within them ‘start with the client’ and are aligned to insightful, focused, targeted and bespoke principles. Advises stakeholders on budgetary conditions while recommending corrective actions, for example, estimate revisions and scope adjustment. Ensures overarching campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented, and accomplished while carefully managing scope, schedule, time plan, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed timetables. Lead project status meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate action plans and maintain project schedules. Work with Assistant Manager and Manager to identify opportunities for improvement Supports the creation of report dashboards for internal teams and extended leadership. Contributes to other operational activities to help the business run efficiently. Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive processes through automation Requirements Post graduate preferably an MBA in marketing with 3-5 years of experience in campaign management. A PMP certification would be an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives; works well under pressure, with multiple priorities and deadlines Understands the breadth of capability of Deloitte’s wider Growth teams and can bring this to campaigns. Team player – shows evidence of working with others to get things done, specifically across a matrix structure Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills, that clearly articulates priorities and expectations Passion for and understanding of the Deloitte brand and professional services Experience working in professional services / multi-stakeholder environments.
