The role will involve PA duties supporting Directors and senior management alongside covering reception / front of house.
Duties
* Providing secretarial, admin and diary management support to the Directors
* Taking meeting notes for SLT meetings
* Booking travel and arranging itineraries for senior management and Directors including any VISA arrangement
* Arranging functions and events
* Providing other administrative support when required to facilities and finance teams
* Greeting visitors and employees
* Taking and directing calls
* Completing administrative tasks
* Managing and issuing site access passes for staff and visitors
* Briefing visitors on site safety rules
* Managing pool cars, including ensuring employees meet the insurance requirements
* Organising and maintaining the reception area
* Managing office stationery supplies
Skills and Knowledge
* Ability to balance and prioritise workload, especially between PA and some reception cover requirements
* Excellent administration skills with good knowledge of MS Office
* High regard for customer service and customer satisfaction
* Be friendly and welcoming with all visitors and employees
* Adaptability and flexibility
* Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional manner
* Good note taking ability
Salary and Information
9.00am - 2.00pm or 10.00am - 3.00pm Mon-Fri
£15.00-15.60 per hour
