A leading company in the finishing, decorating, and assembly of automotive plastic components is looking for dedicated Process Operators to join our successful manufacturing team.
Role Overview:
* Load and prepare components for the production line, adhering to specific procedures and time requirements.
* This position is physically demanding and requires efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM
* Total weekly hours: 39.25
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong motivation and the ability to work with precision.
* Capable of maintaining a high pace while ensuring quality and accuracy.
* Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly.
* Flexibility to support a 24-hour operation as needed.
