Locala Health and Wellbeing social enterprise has a proud history of delivering outsourced NHS and local authority healthcare contracts and in order to accelerate our social impact, as set out in our Thrive strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director to join our team.
As the Commercial Director, you will be accountable for leading a team, growing profitable revenue, revenue diversification, outsourcing strategy and delivery, contract negotiation, key customer relationships, marketing and brand development.
Through inspiring leadership you will:
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities, converting market insight into margin accretive executable growth opportunities.
* Lead identification and tendering of outsourced public and private sector tenders, commercial modelling, commercial strategy and negotiation and joint venture structuring.
* Lead, motivate, and coach a team of outsourcing, B2C and B2B lead generation professionals, business development managers, and marketing executives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a go-to-market strategy for our future healthcare services, drive sales initiatives and support with effective mobilisation and stabilisation of new services.
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet challenging targets, stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
