Radis Community Care are recruiting for a Team Leader to support our scheme, Baird Lodge, Ely. As a Team Leader, you will provide support to our extra care complex, offering specialised support to individuals. Radis recognises each person as an individual and provides a unique service tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a consistent approach throughout their life.
You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions/meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule/allocate work to the Care Workers, ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client-specific. You will also support with medication, personal care tasks, and operational tasks with the Service Manager. Participation in the on-call rota and providing cover for care and Radis' housing-related support duties when emergency cover is required is also part of the role.

You must have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. This is a Full-Time position, with a 50/50 split between Care and Admin, including a mixture of care shifts (7am - 2pm and 2pm - 9pm) and Office Hours (9am - 5pm), totaling 37.5 hours per week. Previous experience as a Team Leader will be advantageous but not essential. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn in line with clients' needs and expectations.
This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
