Your Role
* Take ownership of a client portfolio, managing workflow and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Plan, prioritise, and allocate audit tasks while maintaining budgets and maximising fee recovery.
* Lead client engagements, from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and ISA standards.
* Act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to add value.
* Support and mentor audit team members, providing regular feedback and fostering professional growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services and drive business development.
What We're Looking For
