Interior Architect Job in Bath, Somerset
A new is available in Bath. The successful candidate will have luxury residential and/or commercial project experience and will be confident working on all RIBA project stages. Salary of £35,000 – £40,000 DOE.

With an ever-expanding pipeline of work, they are currently looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join their design team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work on a mixture of contemporary and traditional UK based projects.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Translating design concepts into detailed presentations and supporting documentation
2. Producing full drawing packages to be reviewed by the senior team
3. Technical drawings will include floor plans, elevations, bespoke joinery, custom furniture, and architectural features
4. Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and the wider project teams
5. Accompanying senior design team members to presentations with clients
6. Supporting the business in its day-to-day functions.
Required Skills & Experience
7. 3+ years’ interior architecture experience within the high-end sector
8. Confidence and experience working on all project stages in line with RIBA structure
9. Comprehensive knowledge of joinery and architectural detailing
10. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
11. Self-motivated, pro-active with ability to take initiative
12. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
13. Impeccable organisational skills
14. Proficiency with AutoCAD, In Design, Photoshop, SketchUp, MS Office and free hand sketching
15. Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
