What is involved within this position: The successful individual will strategically and commercially analyse staffing structure, current processes, costings/pricings, approach and current infrastructure set up - with the goal of making positive change to improve the 360 of everything commercially related to aftersales. The successful individual will analyse performances, trends, metrics / insights - looking at pricing strategy, current service offerings and driving towards sustainable profit growth. The role is to comprehensively understand and know your market, increase aftersales, make efficiencies, spearhead new initiatives, engage and work with all relevant stakeholders building upon relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and focusing on increasing return business. The position takes responsibility for inventory management strategies. Essential Criterial for this role: A minimum of 6 years relevant experience within Aftersales with similar heavy engineering machinery products A minimum of 4 years' experience in an Aftersales Manager / Head of Aftersales position Strong people skills with experience of managing a team that cover global aftersales Proven experience within strategy across a similar company at a high level A very commercially driven individual 3rd level relatable degree If this role is of interest; please apply with your updated CV or contact Hugh Nugent for a confidential conversation and further information.
