The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, processing accounts payable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Job Type: Full-time Pay: £25000 - £27000 (depending on expereince) Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Accounting: 5 years (required) Administrative experience: 5 years (required) Key Responsibilities: Produce accounts up to trial balance level. Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and journal entries. Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software. Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports regularly. Assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts. Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably as an Account Administrator. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is advantageous but not essential.
