Job Description
* Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as document management and record keeping.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
* Contribute to the organisation of staff training and development programmes.
* Help with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and staff handbooks.
* Handle queries and provide general HR advice to employees within the company.
* Comply with all the legal and company rules and requirements.
* Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
* A background in Human Resources or a related field.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Cascade experience.
* Experience with data management.
* A keen attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
