Our client is a Financial Services and Wealth Management business established in 2009, providing financial planning services for high net worth individuals and managing over £250 million of assets. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate to join them and develop their career within Financial Services / Wealth Management.
The Person:
* Have you completed University or College and looking to take your first steps into the Financial Services / Wealth Management industry?

* Do you have good administrative and IT skills?
Please note: this role is primarily an admin role, and the successful candidate will be required to commit to this role for a period of time.
The Role:
* Providing administrative support to the IFA Client Services Team and the Paraplanning team.
* Receiving and acting on instructions from advisers and paraplanners following client meetings.
* Sending out documentation to clients.
* Arranging client meetings and managing Financial Advisers' diaries.
* Responding to emails daily and prioritising accordingly.
* Responsible for distributing all incoming post.
* Ensuring all client files are maintained and updated.
* Answering all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
* Responsible for scanning confidential correspondence.
* General administrative duties as required.
