We are currently recruiting a fantastic Tour Organiser - French Specialist, based at our Support Centre in Ross-on-Wye. THE ROLE We are looking to recruit an additional team member for our team that looks after our centres in France. You will work as part of a small team of Tour Organisers, organising tours to PGL properties in the North and South of France. We aim to provide an efficient, friendly and informative service to customers, many of whom have travelled with PGL for several years. You will take responsibility for a number of UK/overseas schools, French speaking agents and youth groups, being their main point of contact throughout the planning of their trip. The role includes arranging and booking itineraries, liaising with our centre teams, working closely with our transport team, collecting payments and assisting. You will be required to do this in both French and English, depending on the customer, as well as assisting other no-French speaking colleagues where required. Our rebooking levels are high, thanks to our high level of customer service and attention to detail both, of which are key to this role. You will proactively seek repeat business from our existing customers as well as assisting the sales team and business development managers with new customers. IS THIS YOU? Able to write and speak a minimum of a conversational level of French Fantastic customer service and relationship building skills Enjoys working as part of a friendly and motivated team An excellent listener, able to understand and respond to our customers' requirements Able to prioritise workloads and multi-task in a busy environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Previous experience in a customer facing role is ideal but not necessary as full training will be provided.
